Fire Safety Training

Know what to do

This 2 hour session has been specially designed as a general Fire Safety Course and will provide the participant with the knowledge and skills to take action should a situation arise.

Course Content

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be competent in recognising and dealing effectively with:

• Understanding the character of Fire, Smoke and Toxic Fumes
• Know the hazards in the work place
• Practice and promote fire prevention
• Know the correct actions if a fire breaks out
• The evacuation procedures and escape routes from your work place
• How to raise the alarm
• How to call the Fire Brigade
• How to evacuate people in the building
• How to contain and delay the spread of fire Tackle to fire safety - correct use of extinguishers

There is no exam and a training certificate of of attendance is issued.
