Emergency First Aid

The first few minutes are the most important!
This course has been designed as a general Emergency First Aid procedures course and will provide the participant with the knowledge and skills to take charge of a situation if a serious injury or major illness occurs.
This is a 2 hour course, there is no exam and a training certificate of of attendance is issued.
Course Content
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be competent in recognising and dealing effectively with:
- Resuscitation Treatment of unconscious casualties
- Heart attack and basic life support
- Choking and airway maintenance
- Communication and delegation in an emergency
- Control of bleeding
